Bach 42B Trombone, 1984

$1,875.00
sold out

I’m selling a Bach 42B Trombone. Serial number is: 61XXX (1984). I always enjoy playing Bach 42s from the 80s. They are solidly built and have quite the character in their tone. This horn is sporting the original lacquer and a closed wrap valve. Usually this style of linkage is loud and clunky, but this one is quiet. Slide is in great shape, 8.75/10. Much like other Bachs, this trombone gets a dark, vibrant sound. From the pictures, you can see traces of a past dent on the bell. That has been fully buffed out and doesn’t affect playability. This is a great horn for someone looking for an investment in their playing career (High School - Professional). Been cleaned and serviced, comes with hard case.
